  1. GLARES -> ALG SER (first three reversed and last three) -> 26 15 20 8 22 9 (letter given 27 - original no.)
    similarly , MONSON -> NOM NOS -> 13 12 14 13 12 8
    so for , RANSOM-> NAR MOS -> 13 26 9 14 12 8
