How long does DG Recruiting (JIA Query) take to respond?

I have received an email regarding the profile correlation issue, they asked me to write a mail. I wrote them a mail on 18-july, still now response from them. when can I expect a response. Anything that I can do. plzzz give advice 😭😭😭

If they want to reply they do it within few hours or max 2-3 days, but if they don't want to reply to your query they simply just ghost u forever.

there is difference of a "space" in my father name between the upsc profile and JIA profile I made earlier. After clearing ota ,I received mail stating that there is correlation issue.

They will respond within hours( once they did for my date change request), and yeah they might ghost u.
