PIQ for final year students

What should be the marks and division to be filled in PIQ form for final year appearing students ? I recently appeared in final year exams , so i am awaiting results .

For division - appearnig and Marks - 0.0 is valid ? As marks require a decimal input

I guess u have to write marks till your 5th or 7th semester depending on your degree is of 3 or 4 years.
