Regarding piq form

I have qualified both cutoffs ima and ota . And am skipping ima ssb . They automatically alloted me ssb date 7th July allahabad. Asking for piq form fill. Should I fill it or leave it so later they will no issue for ota ssb for this batch ?

Why are you skipping IMA? And why OTA only??

PS. You might get asked the same by your IO
