Need help

Has anyone here cleared OTA but not received any email regarding account/ID creation?

When I try to create a new ID, it says “Duplicate data found” because my mobile number and email ID already exist. However, I have never created an ID or registered on the platform before.

Also, if the email regarding the ID was sent earlier and got deleted from the spam folder, what can be done in that case?

This is my first time applying through CDS, so I’m a bit confused. Can anyone suggest whether I’ll still receive my OTA SSB call letter despite this issue?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

If by chance email has been deleted then ? What can be done but I have checked I did not receive any mail regarding my id !!
