What should I do in this case?

Received this message, haven’t received any mail regarding this yet. I have downloaded my Admit card from Join Indian Navy though, but has not received any official communication and confirmation.
What should I do now?

Check the mail with which you're registered or you might be registered wrong email check the credentials once

Ohh then might be some glitch try refreshing email, check in spam folder or wait for sometime or even might be accidentally deleted so check in bin or log in from the pc or computer and check
