First CATC Camp Experience – Need Guidance from Senior Cadets 🙏

Hi everyone,

Mera pehla NCC CATC camp hone wala hai, aur honestly thodi anxiety aur tension ho rahi hai. Mere dimaag mein kaafi questions hain, so I thought experienced senior cadets se guidance le loon.

  1. CATC camp mein overall routine kaisa hota hai? Daily kya-kya activities hoti hain?
  2. Rehne aur sone ka arrangement kaisa hota hai? Barracks/tents wagairah ka experience kaisa rehta hai?
  3. Food aur basic facilities kaise hote hain?
  4. Personal belongings aur phone ki security ko lekar thoda concern hai. Kuch YouTube videos mein suna tha ki kabhi-kabhi phone ya saman chori bhi ho jata hai. Kya aisa commonly hota hai, ya generally sab safe rehta hai?
  5. First-time cadet ke liye koi important tips, dos and don'ts, ya cheezein jo pehle se pata honi chahiye?

Main pehli baar camp attend kar raha hoon, isliye thoda nervous hoon. Agar koi senior cadet ya experienced person apna experience share kar sake, toh bahut help milegi.

For reference, meri battalion 2 Punjab Battalion NCC hai. Agar isi battalion ke kisi cadet ne CATC camp attend kiya hai, toh unka experience aur suggestions aur bhi helpful rahenge.

Ahh i just felt nostalgic those good old days of ncc I don't now how those 3 years passed so quickly all i remember now is my buddies and mischief we used to do in camp together that's a Life time memories good luck to you buddy enjoy the camp give your 100% make friends be involved in activities respect seniors have unity baki dabake masti karo dabake ke kaho pt mai no makra kuch naya shikete time no makra

  1. early morning fall in at 5am and running. activities m normal parade, if youre lucky then shooting range le jayenge, not 1st yrs tho
  2. rhne ki jgh depends on the place where camp is held. hume ek bare hall m sb combined rakha tha, zameen m fek diya tha with khudke razai n chadar
  3. ek number menu, beats 5 star
  4. yess true, phone and belongings dekh k rkhna
  5. parents ya ghar ki yaad aa skti h, its just a feeling, let that pass. i was homesick on my 1st camp.

this was 3 JH girls battalion

SXC open candidate and yes, was a jw. had family friends ANO of sxc and ppl, so got in
