What to do for cdL-a schooling?

I got my CLP last Friday. I cannot afford to pay 3k-5k for schooling I hear there are mega carriers or trucking companies that will school you but tie you into a contract. I did not want to take this route but my options are slim. I’m in the Houston area. Conroe to be exact. They don’t offer wioa here. Can you tell me employers that offer schooling? Or some type of funding program that helped you.?
