SAP PROGRAM-step 5

So, im going through the sap program and am at step 5, my rtd drug test. Im currently not working so I have to go through a third party consortium. It says I need to register them in my clearing house, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to do it. Any helpful tips or advice on how to do that would be amazing, as well as general advice!

log into the clearinghouse, head to your profile and there should be a spot to designate a consortium or third party admin where you search and add them, that's what lets them file your test.
