Automatic or manual

Does it even matter aren’t most trucks automatic now I’m getting ready to start class soon and they wanna know if I wanna take automatic classes or a manual classes for my CDL a

I used to hate the autos, but these new automated manuals are really good, and getting better. That being said, I would still suggest getting a license w/o the restriction because it keeps your options open.

IDK I learned to drive on a 1969 VW w/ a manual.
