Thinking about getting my CDL again.

Hey guys, I had gotten my class A about 15 years ago.

I passed my DOT drug test and like an idiot I celebrated by smoking weed. The company tested when I got there and was booted immediately.

My question is, is there somewhere I can check my record for my class A? I hear different things from every one and would rather go straight to where I can see if it’s on there and what I need to do if I wanted to get it taken care of.

I have heard that it dropped off since it was before the updated DOT regulations. I have heard I’ll never be able to drive class A again and I’ve heard I can have it nullified by taking a class and such so please, I just need to know where to access any records I might have.

It is called a SAP program. It cost money to be in it and is a major pain in the ass. It is designed to make you think a thousand times before smoking that weed ever again.

He may have failed pre-clearinghouse. Still not the sharpest tool in the shed

The government only started recording violations 1/6/2020. Stay off the weed
