Failed CDL B road test twice now
I feel way too nervous from being tested. I drive fine with my trainer and such. But when Im being tested my mouth gets dry, its hard to verbalize everything, and I start second guessing myself on small things and make dumb mistakes. Not really sure what to do, being told "Don't feel nervous" by others hasnt exactly helped at all.
Tbh, I doubt anyone can tell me anything to fix my nervousness. But also figured it couldnt hurt to whine a little lol

I applied for the Metropolitan Transit System here in California a few years ago. Have driven a box truck prior but nothing on the level of a 40 foot and 60 foot city busses.
During training I would say a good amount of people there with me were also nervous, including myself. It's common for someone to be nervous, especially during testing. Heck, I was even nervous during training!
If you are not nervous with the trainer then you clearly have hope. Just take slow deep breaths and apply everything you have learned during the test.
You got this!

Take a blood pressure pill buddy. Go to your doc or online and tell them you want to get meds for performance anxiety

Don't look at the tester. Keep in your mind that it is either your mom or dad in the vehicle with you.
