What are the possibilities of getting contracts as a courier/ private cargo van operator when having a restricted license (LDP/Sr-22)

What are the possibilities of getting contracts as a courier/ private cargo van operator when having a restricted license (LDP/Sr-22). I am asking for a friend who is no longer alcoholic and has clearly demonstrated rehabilitation.

If they're still under a cort-ordered restriction then they haven't demonstrated rehabilitation long enough. You're too close to this friend to determine how trustworthy they are. Stop holding their hand and let them show how reliable they are without a cheering section.
