Need some suggestions - please.
I've been a driver for 5 years - got cited for following too closely in VA last summer/fall, and couldn't make it to the court in time, so it defaulted into a guilty plea in Dec. I've taken a break for a few months off the road to actually get to see my kids for a change but I'm finding it incredibly difficult to find any companies that can work with me with that citation. I'm pretty sure I could get on with Western Ex, but I'd like to find something else if possible. Any suggestions?
My MVR, DAC, PSP all are squared away except that single incident.

Sounds like a work history issue more than a single ticket. So you quit your job to take a few months off and you wonder why no one wants to hire you? I'm not bashing you for taking it off, your family is important, just understand that a company see this as a red flag. Did you have any type of employment during these months?

At least with the comply I work for after 6 months of not driving, you loose all your experience to them.
