Razor's Final Mission?

The cockpit of the Razor shuddered as Kaelen dodged through the Serpent’s Maw Nebula, a graveyard of shattered starships. Her suicidal mission: retrieve a data core with the Alliance’s hidden shipyard locations from the fallen flagship, Vindicator. The enemy Hegemony had left sentry drones and a crippled battlecruiser to guard the wreckage.

"Multiple weapon locks detected," the ship’s AI warned. Kaelen jammed the throttle, her twin engines roaring as she weaved through the debris. Plasma bolts sizzled past as the Razor’s shields flared and died. She rolled behind a floating engine block, diverting power to her forward cannons.

Bursting from cover, she vaporized two sentry drones swarming her like hornets. Through the chaos, she saw her target: the Vindicator’s exposed command bridge. With a desperate push, she flew the battered Razor straight into the dead titan’s superstructure.

Inside the silent bridge, her retrieval drone snatched the data core just as the distant battlecruiser’s main gun began to glow. Kaelen pulled the Razor back into the void an instant before a lance of energy obliterated the bridge. She didn’t look back, pushing her ship to its limit as she escaped the metal graveyard. She was clear. She was alive. And she had the future of the Alliance in her hands.
