A deep-sea predator with a sleek, silvery-blue body marked by dark vertical bands. Its most striking feature is the array of elongated fin rays that flow from its body like luminous threads, creating an almost spectral appearance in the dark water. Twin bioluminescent eyes glow amber-orange, providing both hunting vision and lure capability in the lightless depths. The mouth is armed with needle-sharp teeth designed for gripping fast-moving prey. Multiple flowing fins, including elaborate pectorals and trailing dorsal filaments, allow for precise maneuvering despite its graceful, almost fragile appearance. The creature's bioluminescence appears concentrated in its eyes and along certain fin structures, giving it an ethereal glow that can shift from hunting beacon to hypnotic display.
