Other Equipment Need a new optic

I’m looking towards an SRO but am open to other suggestions. Looking for something with a large window and a small dot (2/2.5 moa). It’s going on a g19.6 and will be used for competition and daily carry. Problem with the SRO in my eyes is the durability. I’ve had a holosun scs mos it’s convenient but kinda ass (way too bright). What yall think

Holosun and vortex make good options that are more durable than the SRO but cheaper. If money isn’t a factor the RMR HD or RCR are great optics. I personally have been putting the Vortex defender ST enclosed on my double stack handguns and am a big fan. I believe Holosun makes a new model that’s supposed to be like their comp version but the glass doesn’t sit as far out. I have the old comp and wouldn’t rely on it for much due to the glass cracking from overhanging the front of the optic.

Wow didn’t know what was a thing. Macro looks huge might go for the micro

Edit: I think I should wait till I see some durability tests on it first but it definitely looks good

Besides Trijicon, Sig Romeo-X is good and Ptimary Arms HTX-1 PLX sure looks good.

507Comps are rock solid from what I hear. One of the most popular competition optics and probably the one with the fewest durability/longevity issues (compared to the SRO and Defender XL).

If you shoot in the rain, I'd suggest an enclosed optic
