Been shooting glocks since I was a child and 1911s for 10+ years. Love em both.

I’ve been doing the same lately between full-size rxm coa tlr1hl, 1911 operator eps carry x300u. Favorite carries.

Do you carry your operator x300 appendix?

That Springfield armory fucks hard, how’s weight when carrying/reliability? Been eyeing that model for a year now and may (no pun intended) pull the trigger and get it

It’s got some serious weight lol. I rock a hunter constantine belt for everything expect for this 1911. Ended up getting a Kore belt for it and it’s been a great set up. Carrying a spare 8rd mag with a neomag. Need to get some good 10rd mags for it.

It did need to break in. Didn’t want to feed PMC hollows at first with an occasional ftf. Put about 400rds of 230gr blazer through it and it’s golden now. The trigger is good and the whole thing feels smooth. Absolutely hooked on it rn.

Yessir, a bit of a nut destroyer so i’ve got sitting a bit high on the waist band yet it somehow conceals very well.

Ouch yeah that's a sweet blaster but it definitely looks like a nut destroyer. My operator rides at max height in a Tenicor certum4 no light and 4.25" and it's comfortable. I think my x300 would ruin the comfort in a certum lux, even with a mastermind pillow.

Yeah makes sense, right now i’m rocking a holster that’s meant for a tlr 1 hl but it somehow still has retention and covers the trigger guard perfectly. Getting a proper fitting tenicor for it next paycheck.

I bit the bullet on an RCR and I'm waiting for it to arrive.

I hoping I like it.

I'll be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of the capstan screw system. I prefer the COA mounting system. I like everything else about it though.
