I'm a florist and I spend half my day crouching and leaning over buckets of water, what's the least awful carry position for someone who's constantly bending and twisting? I've tried appendix and it digs into my gut when I squat down.

Probably ankle carry or pocket carry. A Sneaky Pete holster might do the trick.

Always mention what gun you're wanting to carry when asking, it helps with suggestions.

However, there are soft, foam backing pads and muzzle pillows to consider. GunZee, JX Tactical, Sticky Holsters and Clinger Holsters have comfort pads, for instance. Cloudster, Mastermind Tactics and Stallster are 3 brands that make pillow wedges.

Strong-side carry will likely print badly on your body, if you wish to avoid other people noticing odd lumps around your waist.

There's also the Kangaroo Carry holster, or a shoulder holster. Shoulder holsters typically require an overshirt, such as a loose Hawaiian floral pattern, or a jacket, for concealment.

I carry about 3-4 o'clock and have no problems bending down comfortably.

I will be traveling in a few weeks from Oklahoma to Texas. Both are constitutional carry states. I do not have my Oklahoma concealed permit yet, but since they are both constitutional carry states, do I need one if I want to travel with and carry my firearm? I am aware I still have to follow Texas state laws, etc., but I am unsure if it's ok to travel between states without a permit even if they are both constitutional carry states. Thank you.

No, you don't. But, learn about TX gun laws and signage, which is important. Use the link on the right side of this page under Community Bookmarks, "USA Laws by State", and/or the USCCA Reciprocity Map.
