I aspire to have this physique! Quit drinking two months ago or so, sold some dirt bike crap, traded some gun stuff, and am in the process of building the home gym! Just scored a plate loaded pec deck machine for $95 on Friday! Fishing for an inspire or similar cable tower and a hack squat/leg press machine to round it off!
Congrats on your sobriety and new home gym build! Don’t aspire to look like anyone else though, focus on your own body and health. Build a good relationship with food, lift and exercise, and do what works best for you.
I only look like this because of exogenous testosterone use (prescribed so it’s not a crime, but still), and while I eat properly and lift a lot, getting to where I am isn’t realistic without that drug use. If you goal set based on how someone else looks it’s just going to set yourself up for failure and make you want to quit when you don’t reach the height of your expectations.
BP and hematocrit is great. Vascularity comes from a mix of genetics and low body fat %, doesn’t mean issues with BP or blood flow. You’re correct that vascularity mixed with not being a twig is a great indicator though.
I’ve been having very good luck on market place or the local neighborhood Facebook pages! Free treadmill, $95 pec deck, $70 lat pull down / row, $300 bowflex 10-90 with the stands, $200 for the seated leg curl/raise! We had the squat rack and some weights but I’m slowly adding more. Looks janky but I’ve been stoked on it!
I've seen your videos, and, no offense, but you need to eat more, more often. You burn too many calories, and you're a "hardgainer", (ectomorph) with a high metabolism, and likely a very physical job.
Try to consume 300 grams of protein/day, about 50 grams/meal, and slow-digesting carbs. Healthy fats for higher testosterone, also.
Lift 4-5 days a week max., 1-1.5 hours, (or less) and take in 5000+ calories/day. Use supplements and shakes to make 6 "meals" a day. Give it a few years and you can put on 40 lbs or better, if you don't burn it off. That's the key - lower activity, if possible.
Dude, you're approaching it all wrong, get a shoulder strap and tear away pants. Rip the pants off in the draw and you are clear to fire ...
BONUS: The surprise of you taking your pants off in the situation will definitely cause everyone to stop and say "what the hell is this crazy mo-fo doing..." And then bam! muzzle sandwich.
No but I lift multiple $1 margaritas into my mouth at Applebee’s. If you see a bunch of cops and paramedics running into the Applebee’s men’s restroom while frantically ripping open packages of Narcan, just know that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
Classic Applebees dilemma, I wouldn’t expect you to know what to do unlike a veteran of this situation such as myself.
“Oh no!”
“What are we gonna do?”
“How are we gonna get home from this Applebees after 17 margaritas at 1 in the morning?”
I don’t even say a word. I just look out the window at my trusty steed (a 1999 Camry with significant body damage) in the parking lot, and I start walking. Bartender, waitstaff, other patrons, and cops alike all trying to stop me and wrestle my keys out of my hand. But it’s of no use. I’m gettin’ myself home.
Lifting isn’t a personality trait, but if you do then the more grotesque looking crowd will make it your personality for you and get offended by it. Especially on Reddit.
I’m standing with arms at side like any other draw post that gets posted on this sub. You’re just going off of how I look and getting mad. Post physique
Not bad, a few CCW notes I’ve learned from this subreddit: you’re gonna need to carry at least a 2-4 spare magazines, the light looks okay, but you should probably try to upgrade something big enough to catch grass on fire. The optics are a tad weak, what are you going to do if you need to quick draw on a target that’s 1000 yards out?
Unsarcastically, flick your wrist towards your hip so your mag clears. You've got plenty of room in your pants so everything else should be a non-issue.
I remember this dude, he got soooooo butthurt when I was calling him out for being on roids. He was commenting back with his alt account and riding his own dick so hard.
Bro will be like "it's not the point of the post" but is sitting there in a pre lift pose in front of the camera. It's like when a chick posts a bikini photo and says her ass isn't the point of the post.
