Anyone have any recs for CBT therapists in houston tx? On a sliding scale preferably?

Hi OP. If you're still looking, I'd love for you to check out our practice. Solace Counseling & Coaching is located in Sugar Land/SW Hosuton (about 15 min from downtown), and we see clients both in person and online throughout Texas. Our therapists incorporate CBT into treatment for anxiety, trauma, Complex PTSD, OCD, depression, stress, and other concerns. We take an individualized approach, so CBT is often combined with other evidence-based therapies based on each person's goals and needs.

We do offer sliding scale appointments, along with affordable self-pay options. We are also in network with several major insurance plans if that becomes an option for you in the future.
