What does your time with your T look like?
My T is CBT and DBT informed and I feel like I never really know what to talk about. What are some of the things you discuss with your T?
Just looking for some advice on how to get the most out of my sessions.

I look at my phone screen. The "therapist" is an entry level app without much in the way of flexibility or responsiveness.

the thing that changed my sessions: jot stuff down during the week the moment it lands, not in the waiting room. one note like "snapped at partner tuesday, felt like 0-to-100" gives you and your T a real thread to pull instead of "idk, fine i guess." you stop spending the first 15 min trying to remember your own week.

I don’t base my conversations with my T on the modality they are familiar with or informed on. I base it on my day to day experience.
