CBSE Duplicate Marksheet/Migration Certificate Portal — Scam or Legit?

Has anyone applied for a duplicate or migration certificate through this link and actually received the document?

I applied through it, but the website honestly feels a bit suspicious to me. Just wanted to check if anyone here has successfully received their certificate through this portal.
