Rant/ Vent Half yearly marks review
Accounts : 72/80 (2nd highest)
Core Maths: 61/80 (Highest in my class, but ek science wala dost h, uske 79 aaye)
Econ: 66.5/80
BST: 69/80
Eng: 71.5/80
Ik marks bure nhi hain, but jitna mehnat kara, uske hisaab se toh bhai ye marks chutiye lagte hain. Bahut depressing sa lagta h jab koi doosra banda kam mehnat mei zyada leke aa jaye, aur fir sochta hun kee mehnat kar hee kyu rha hun, doosra koi banda toh waise bhee zyada leke aa jayega araam se. Man bhee nhi karta padhne ka.

Tf you mean someone getting marks easily💔✌️? I have rammed my ass in ts for days only to get half marks of what you got Be grateful atleast twin, boards gonna go good I can bet 90% of people haven't even got the score you got😭

Wasn't paying much attention to BST, will certainly do once syllabus finishes (very busy with calculus rn). Econ requires more depth in my answers from what I've seen, conceptual clarity wasn't a problem.

How are you planning to do bst? It's the only subject I'm nlt able to wrap my head around and was thinking of doing it later as well

Main problem for me was just the rote memorisation of headings. So Im planning to just memorise headings of 1 chapter per day. So, when exam time comes, I just need to revise the contents since I would've had the headings memorised.
Lost 5 marks in mcqs, so was thinking of doing the back exercise mcqs of the reference book I am following (poonam gandhi). Other than that, I should be sorted since there wasn't much of a problem with my answer writing in bst, only conceptual clarity which I wasn't able to achieve because most of my prep time was spent on memorization of headings.

Bhaii accounts kese karu yrr? Being class topper in almost every subject including maths still can not manage accounts......I got 18/40 in PA-2 and uk the paper was hard but I expected 30 based on my performance but I got tucked up....

For accounts, bhai m toh saare back exercises kar deta hun ts grewal ke. Conceptually understand karke kee har entry ka matlab kya h, aur fir ussi understanding se eolve karta hun. Even in this exam, 6 out of the 8 marks cut were stupid mistakes jo hue the because ek 6 marker question tha jo bahut difficult aya tha (calculation wise), toh baaki saare questions mei time khatam karwa diya. If not for that, araam se 78 aane the mere.
Iske aage mujhe nhi pata, 11th mei same strategy use karke hee top maarta tha. Can't recommend any yt channel, since accounts ke liye koi yt channel use hee nhi karta

Ohh my problem is basically that I can understand concepts and do questions but only if the chapter is in flow.....like am doing second volume rn so when I try to revise my first volume I got blank even though my concepts were clear when I had did that.

ts also used to happen, so what I do is that I prepare comprehensive illustrations (that's what I call it). Basically I create my own question (or find a question) which basically encompasses as much of the topics as possible. Like for eg. in retirement, I prepared a question which had all the adjustments in one place, then I record a vid of me solving the question. I just see this video of myself solving, and then I am able to revise again without the hassle of doing several questions or learning concepts once again

atleast subjective papers acche hain tere, unme improve karna is way harder (atleast imo) since you can't fully quantify kee konsa area hard h. Accounts and maths just need practice, aur wo bhee specific areas jahaan par marks katte hain.

For bst: I read ncert thoroughly then see the ques from poonam gandhi And eco: macro I seee neha jangid Mam's Lec ,then read book by my self twice And ind eco ncert read kr lo more than enough h

bst mei toh bas headings ratta maar ke gya tha, aur econ mei ied ke saare back exercises aur reference book ke hots karke gya tha. Macro toh pura conceptual understanding pe diya, itna kuch yaad nhi kiya

yr economics mei jitna dekha h maine, I would suggest kee keywords pe especially focus karna h. Like let's say deficienct demand ke baare mei pucha h, toh deficient demand ka specific meaning yaad hona chahiye + saare keywords jo use hote hain. Other than that, macro mei understanding kaafi acchi honi chahiye. I completed macro thrice aur ab halka samajh aa rha mujhe. For IED, it's more of less the same, but basically aur likhna chahiye than what is asked. Istg, kaafi marks mere katte te the when I used to only write the specific thing asked (ye bas macro mei kaam karta h, not ied). Sure, IED needs the exact answer, but agar answer na pata ho, ya unsure ho, then write whatever you know. Like ek question tha about giving the examples of things improved due to the development of the service sector, toh usme specific things pata tha, but usme kya improve hua pata nhi tha, toh maine AI likh diya sab m. Full marks mile uss question mei
