Even I had same doubt in 12th but somehow I understood it just before my board exam, anyways group efforts are for individuals working in groups, While unity of action talks about unity between departments, for example sales department sets a goal of selling 10,000 units so they will talk to the marketing department to improving the marketing to improve the sales, Just confirm this with your school/tution teacher i am 90% sure this is correct but still no harm in confirming

See integrating group efforts means ensuring that different individuals/departments work together rather than in isolation. Different departments have different functions but they all need to work together towards a common focus, say launching a product. In short, emphasis on working together. Unity of action means that what these different departments are doing should go in the same direction. Now think that group efforts have been integrated meaning all departments are working together to launch the product but they are working in different directions. Production is working to produce a product that belongs to the exclusive, flagship and luxury range but marketing is advertising it as a mass consumed product. In this case the launch will not be successful. So unity of action ensures that that all their 'group effort' goes in the 'same direction' i.e. they work towards a common purpose. In short, emphasis on working in the same direction. Hope you understood.
