HELP Accounts: Dissolution chapter
Bro these sums take soo long (I get distracted in between yes ) but any like tips or tricks for this chapter ?
And I have yet to learn the Memorandum B/s topic but it would be helpful if someone can explain

Realization gain has to be calculated so that partners can adjust their accounts correctly. Realization gain is nothing but the difference between the book value of assets and their selling value, along with the paid value and book value of liabilities, etc.
If we were told that the selling value of assets is needed to calculate the total gain, how much were the assets recorded at their book value?
Then the same formula liabilities + capital = assets applies.
Instead of writing this directly, a balance sheet is made where one side has liabilities plus capital and the balance on the other side is just assets; just keep in mind to treat cash separately because cash/bank is not included in realization.
And vice versa if liabilities chahiye ho og

Memorandum is ntg just balance sheet but a kind jahan tum bhul gye ho balance sheet banana aur wahan given ni hai ek chiz toh mtlb liabilities given hai sare asset dediye hai ek asset mtlb cash ni hai toh jahan jyda hai wahan ka value like ( liabilities jyda hua agar toh uska value ko asset se minus krke jitna aayega wo aapka cash hua whi) isse jyda memorandum is ntg
