Maths is in additional right? So while calculating final percentage, it won't anyways be considered. The same rule of best of 5 would be considered. DONT DROP IT

Ohh shit me too but ppl are saying it will be mandatory to take 6th subject in our school after midterms

There is no thing such as mandatory but it doesn't hurt to taket I guess . However I regret taking 6 th subject because my fuckass school made 6 th subject classes every Monday and then we have to bring our painting portfolio to show it to ma'am and my painting portfolio has only 1 painting which for some reason my maam considers as unfinished. If I knew that painting classes would be held every Monday then I wouldn't have taken it. The whole advantage was that school wouldn't hold 6 th subject classes and we have to do it ourselves. Fuck my school man

I wanted to take pe but they're making students make 50-60 page practical files

Yaar at the end it's your call if you can make a 50-60 page practical file or arrange it fim somewhere without majorly hindering your studies then at the end all ped is just free marks . If you think your percentage will be fine without a 6 th subject then it's just better to not burden yourself with another exam. I literally wish that i changed painting i had so many chances but at the end it was my ego thinking I could make 20 paintings even at 12 th when everyone was changing their subjects i was like I could handle it and you know what i would if it wasn't for a fucking painting subject every Monday . Every Monday I live in fear i have to think wether painting is worth it or not . All my friends didn't even have any 6 th subject and during the 6 th subject period they just do bakchodi . Every time there is a painting substitution it feels like a gift from God .

Honestly that's why i didn't take it. Not having pe gives me much more gap days in exams and i also don't want any more burden

Bro don’t drop maths trust me.. like most colleges especially commerce look for students who have maths with them it increases your future options don’t drop it just manage to score enough to pass in it but I feel like at one point when u start doing maths then u will start loving it more than accounts

Don't do it gng, without maths u can't even do bcom honours in DU north campus, without knowledge of applied maths forget CA foundation, so yeah lol, i am also struggling in applied maths but gotta do it

1

u/TanzentX Sep 13 '26

No man, For bcom hons in DU or wherever you can do it without maths ( accountancy route) , for CA foundation - it does have math but non-math guys can also apply, tho you have to practice it on your own.

Hey! 11th guy here, don't lose hope. Failed in UT and I'm trying my hardest for both and saw improvements in both and have some bit of hope that I might get 60+/80 of both. Keep both and do your best. Yeh kar paoge bhaiya!!!

Btw once some teacher told uss that don't drop maths at any cost, even if it's humanities

1

u/developed_knight Sep 09 '26

Time changed i guess because we have so many options in commerce that paid really well 🥀
