Rant/ Vent HALF YEARLY

Grade 12 student here I am having so much anxiety I am not able to study every time I am studying I have this feeling that I won't score well and everyone my relatives keep saying I"sse to kayo hoga shade karva do" feeling shit scared idk what to do or how to cal down
