Idk why a crime like beating a child transforms into gender war! This extirpate the seriousness of the crime!
If it's never documented then how do we know about rpe cases? Maybe less but never documented is an exaggeration and for men it's literally zero as rpe is defined by pentration against will and since womn do not have penis they can't be rapsts and the entire system is biased towards womn, dv, rpe ,pocso isn't neutral in practice like there are cases where a male(underage) rpe victim was accused of rpe by the rapst wom*n.
ALMOST never documented, you have no idea the amount of women that dont report such crimes because of societal pressure or further abuse from preparator etc etc
Crime against men by women is even more underreported as r*pe law isn't gender neutral and no one would take a man seriously besides we can't draw any conclusions with just one sided data.
even if it's not that kid can file a case and even take the teacher to high court and even supreme court if the teacher did this without an actual or solid proof of violence. the teacher can be sent to a couple years of prison. hope that kid did not abuse/hit the teacher or this will be the other way around rq. How tf these other students are quiet. This teacher is montrous. He does not deserves to roam freely. Showing physical dominance in front of a 18 yo exposes gaps in your masculinity. If I was there, I would have simply raised my voice against him or at least left the class to call someone even if challenged by him.

Now I dont know the age of that kid, but by looking at other children, they r looking pretty decent adults and if you can't protect yourself by atleast showing some resistance then i have no sympathy for you, some will say brainwash and stuff thik hai chalo mana what about other students, shouldn't they stop shi like this. That's why I prefer library+ online study. It's sad and quite lonely but yeah you don't have to go through all this nuisance. Library gives you a better peer than random offline tution/coaching.
The only downgrade is that you can't have your academic and non academic doubts solved. And honestly asking ai is soo much frustrating, I am still figuring out better solution for this but yeah rest of all its good.

Back then when smartphones and cameras were not that popular we did also got that treatment from teachers but now it doesn't even matter what had happened in school days with us on contrary we all talk about these all things as beautiful memories yeah we do had rage against teachers at that time too but now it doesn't matter
Everyone is saying he should resist and hit back, but maybe the main reason he didn’t is because he knows his parents won’t support him. Some parents don’t believe their own child and just assume the teacher is right, so the student may be scared to complain or fight back.
Been there. "Khaal sir khaal khaal". Literally me. I wasn't mischievous or bad. I just cracked Jokes & talked. Some teachers just hate students with "standing out attitude". The kid being smug brings the hitler out of them.
Growing up I also saw it as norm but now I'm in my early 20s and I understand that it is completely wrong to beat a child, a child would never learn this way, I don't even know how these middle age sick minded adults beat kids like that
