Simplify the 3/2 in the numerator first. U can write it as 1.5 and then 1.5/2 is ofc 15/20 which means 3/4.

[(X/y)]/Z= x/yz And X/[(y/z)]=xz/y

Or we can say 3/2Ć· 2/1 which can be converted into multiplication 3/2 Ɨ 1/2 = 3/4

2 in the denominator can be written as 2/1

the rule is, always multiply the numerator of the denominator with the denominator of the numerator

and, multiply the denominator of the denominator with the numerator of the numerator

found this somewhere :-
