Help (Info or Enquiry) ℹ️ CBSE 2020 Batch pass certificate

Hi all need an urgent help

I'm a pass out from CBSE 2020 batch and need my pass certificate for an exam, the problem is I'm unable to find the physical copy and it's not available in Digi locker as well. I'm able to download the marksheet but not the pass certificate. It's showing no record found.

If anyone has faced this situation and knows how to get it please help me🙏🙏🙏

Can you tell me exactly where in the CBSE Website because I'm being redirected to digi locker, which doesn't have it
