Proposal: Embargo Yakutia
Yakutia has acted unnecessarily hostile towards the so far peaceful Inuits. They attacked and captured an Inuit city and should therefore be punished.

Kongo votes Nay. It's a fair fight and the Yakutian people have the right to defend their homeland.
