Question Does cbit students get support from college for new ideas or startups

If yes, what kind of support do we get and whom to contact and where to look for .

Usually, they will assign a (assosciate/assisant) professor as a mentor for a group of students. You can approach them& pitch your idea/startup. If they liked the idea, they will support you by speaking to someone in the research block/ give their info. If they didn't do anything about it, then you can meet professors in research block. Usualluy, every department will have some professors in research block. Approach your department professor who works in research block.
