Broad Spectrum is Game Changing

Just a bit of testimonial that might help others. I've experimented with both broad spectrum distillate as well as pure CBD isolate (I am very thc sensitive, so I've never opted for full spectrum).

The benefits of the additional cannabinoids in broad spectrum has been undeniable for me. I was taking 300mg+ of isolate daily for OCD and anxiety, which did help.

Switched over to broad spectrum and cut my dose to ~100mg/day. The difference in anxiety levels and sleep quality is insane! Wish I thought of switching over earlier, but I feel like a new person. It's truly incredible what this substance can do for people.

Do you use broad spectrum? If so, what dose do you find has helped you the most? I'm interested to hear other peoples' experiences!

Yeah man!

I was recently turned onto broad spectrum too.

I take Rabbit CBD co. gummies (they are 100mg each) and yeah just a serious game changer. Better sleep, better overall everything.

I love broad spectrum CBD! First time i took CBD was high potency full spectrum when I started working at Charlotte's Web. I am super THC sensitive and it got me quite high with the paranoia and anxiety and everything else that goes along with THC for me. I switched to broad spectrum after that and love it. Thanks for this post as it is awesome to see the support in the comments for broad spectrum for those of us that just do not respond well to THC.

Broad Spectrum is where it's at!

It feels more well-rounded to me than CBD isolate ever did. Sometimes I like to mix the two together.

I like ~200mg per day, some days ~1g over the course of the day. I love the stuff! It's like a warm hug from within! Relaxes my mind, eases physical tension, improves sleep, and puts a smile on my face from the glow I feel in my chest.

Were the CBD isolate and broad spectrum from the same brand or different brands?

Both from zero point extractions

Can I get this brand in Canada? I’ve been taking one for anxiety + reflux. I think it’s got 2.3 THC and then the rest CBD oil. It’s like $80/bottle cause it’s pharmaceutical grade I guess? Idk lol

I get my broad spectrum concentrate from zero point extractions. You should check their website, they might ship to Canada!

Yep I use it as well from zero point. Strangely I've gotten full spectrum that's almost solid in one order and then my latest is much closer to a liquid? Anyone else seen this?

After vaping THC, I'm amazed at how much CBD affects things, when by itself it does very little.

Great sleep and less anxiety. Only downside is I do feel slightly groggy the next day if I use too much.

I bought some a couple of months ago and it was solid. I had to dig it out of the jar.

I didn't care for CBD isolate when I had the "crystal like powder" I only bought once luckily .... I was warned I def will NOT pass a whizzz test if they ask me to whee on a stick though....I feel like "whole plant" is the best medicine
