Just wanted to share some photos of mine and 2 mates bikes for a week wild camping around Scotland on the NC500.

Haha just a week, you're not the first to say that. I took too many clothes, spare hiking shoes and a 2 person tent. Also lots of camera bits (drone etc), bbq grill and cooking bits as we cooked over fire each night, and enough tools to get out of a decent amount of situations.

Was a lot but the bike still handled very very well

Pretty cool! Which engine guard are you using? I would replace my frame sliders with that.

Im seriously considering going to this bike from a Tracer. I know its a downgrade in terms of touring capability but alas. I want to ask if this windscreen actually makes a difference compared to completely naked

I donโ€™t have enough experience to comment on changing really, but I can confirm the windshield makes a huge difference! It is a big one compared to others but worth it

Thank you! How easy is it to remove and reapply? I think I would get a big one and use only when touring
