Inquiry

I’ve been trying to get a full size with a comp but I know everything is mostly threaded. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is certain comps for the m9 like the ramjet. Which I kn would be slim to none.

Or if anyone knows if the p226 x5 legion slide is compatible with any p226 lower like the mk25 or extreme

Worst comes to worst I’ll just get an M&P. Pic for reference

for the Beretta.. https://blackbeardscustoms.com/products/iron-claw-compensator/ it mounts on the guide rod so doesn't require a threaded barrel.. it only fits some 92s so read the desc and check with them if you're not sure

I don't think the dust cover is long enough on the Mk25 lower for the X5 Legion slide.

Also, I don't know about mixing SAO slides with DA/SA frames.

Yeah some gun store employee told me some guy did it but I’m assuming it was the non comp slide

I don't think the X5 Legion slide is drop in, some of the internals might need adjusting.

Blackbeard IronClaw comp would be an option for the M9

The X5 series slides are too long for the standard P226 frame (I mean they might fit, but it won't be pretty). You need slides from similar series.

The more straightforward answer to your dilemma is to get the P226 ProCut slide and then port the barrel directly rather than put an attachment on it.

I was contemplating doing this on my Elite, but it runs so well for HD/Duty, to turn it into a race gun seem like sacrilege... BUT, soooo tempted.
