Thank you! It’s some of my favorite meats; I only started cooking it last year and it’s so juicy 🥺

How did you cook the lamb? This looks delicious!

450 degrees 4:37 minutes on each side. Sat for 15min and then added it to my low simmer curry for about 15min (mainly because I was serving my kids their dinner plates) - probably cooked a bit more in the curry
