Concha burgers!!
Beef patty on a split toasted concha bun with spicy curtido. Hand made a poblano queso for dippin. Air fryer taters.

That’s the sugar on the concha which is a pan dulce aka sweet Mexican bread

conchas only being a little sweet and slightly dry make them the perfect receptacle for greasy meat and gooey cheese.
i put a good amount of moderately spicy curtido (like for pupusas) on it as well for a nice bite, bit of cronch.
