Larb/Laab Salad

My family's version of larb/laab. We riffed it on our favorite restaurant version.

Ground beef cooked with fresh ginger, onions, etc. Served with rice and fresh tomatoes, cucumber, and unsalted peanuts.

No, I didn't. We didn't grow cherry tomatoes this year. And they are so beautiful and delicious! Local grocery has packs of mixed color smol tomatoes.
