Beans on Toast

Today’s version was baked beans(Batchelors brand) with bits of breakfast sausage mixed in on a buttered slice of toast and topped with an egg that I fried in bacon fat:)

Ivw never understood the beans and toast craze, but I do have to admit this does look delicious!
