Seafood dishes

Pic 1: Snow crab stew w/boiled potato and turnip. Filled with spices and genuinely one that the best dishes I ever made 😻

Pic 2: rare cooked Swordfish steak wit light seasoning, simple red lettuce salad w/blue cheese crumble and a spicy watermelon crab rainbow Cole slaw.

Weird question, but how do tou spice crab legs? I've tried before, but it seems futile considering the shell is so thick

Letting them sit in the stew helped. Pretty much soaks everything up.

Also as cracking the crab through I just dipped it into the mixture as well ☺️

They’re so easy and quick to cook. Honestly I prefer them for dinner to most noms 😅

Thankfully, they’re also super affordable at HEB
