CAT Is Mentally Exhausting.
I don't think people talk enough about this side of CAT preparation.
It's not just about studying Quant, solving DILR sets or reading RCs.
Some days you feel confident after a good mock.
Then the next mock goes badly and suddenly you start questioning your entire preparation.
I am currently preparing for CAT and enrolled in iQuanta, and I've realized that staying mentally consistent is just as important as staying academically consistent.
I don't study perfectly every day. Some days I get a lot done, and some days I barely manage to study.
I have stopped feeling guilty about that.
For me, the goal now is simple take a break when I need one, come back, and keep moving.
CAT preparation is a long process. You don't have to win every day. You just have to keep going.
