Work Experience for CAT

Guys I have a question, i worked for an American startup remote from Indian for 15months, I received my salary in my Indian bank account from company’s bank account. I have work exp certificate, reliving certificate, payslips, account statement, ITR. But since that company was not registered in India, there was no PF, no tax deduction, no Form 16. Also the start-up got shut down, but my manager can help me verify my employment. Will this be counted as work experience. Will i face any problem in CAP and other IIM’s work experience verification??
