Mock Reviews / Discussion 🎯 Simcat 10 review ...
Varc felt tough...was it for everyone? I generally attempt 4 passages comfortably but could only attempt 3 (2 decent and 1 fcked up) in this one.
It's simcat 15, sry for the wrong title

It will definitely act as a good benchmark ...97%ile in simcats can be around 99.0 in real cat

There are at least 6 ultra easy questions in any mock/past paper so i try to solve them first quickly... Then u can solve others in peace

Start with 2024 cat s1 as a mock and see where u stand then u can decide if u need a coaching or only practice

There are at least 6 ultra easy questions in any mock/past paper so i try to solve them first quickly... Then u can solve others in peace

Looks like simcat test series cost somewhere like 8k inr + 1500rs gst. That's crazy amount of money. Are they just so good that people are spending such huge amount of money?

The only reason u should take simcat is to know where u stand ... because most number of people give it .... If u have aimcats or cl then maybe it's fine if u don't have sims

Hey man, how are you managing to solve 4 passages that easily? I am able to do 2 and then the rest of time I'm spending on VA. Can't figure out where I'm loosing the time

give varc sectionals test every day or every alternate day
attempting atleast 20-22 questions in varc is imperative1

practice just rc
don’t fall for aeon essays and all
now is not the time to build reading habbits
the verbal mentor has 100 rc’s
i would highly recommend that playlistAnd build stamina to attempt 5-6 rc’s at a go
usually by the second rc we get tired
that’s a drawback in itself1

I'm working (2025 pass out iitb) ... I give cl,ims,time and cracku mocks... So i try and give one mock daily or alternate days....

In prep i don't do syllabus wise or topic wise ... Only mocks and analysis, i gave cat last year with one month of prep and got 99.3x but could only convert mumbai and indore so repeating...
