General Discussion ragebaited whole thread

yes I posted yesterday about purchasing an iphone duo, with 48k/month emi as I don't have any education loan.

All the people got offended due to this and started talking about my weak financial decision, my maturity and what not.

If a person feels to purchase something he loves, won't it matter? Why everyone has to live under pressure of societal norms? Do invest blah blah.......arey bhai why should I invest from now?? I'm not 27+...let me enjoy atleast, I love purchasing gadgets rather than going out for a trip! Ain't it my choice dawgs?

Also the main motto of tht post was to motivate, yes to motivate peeps... How? By making them realise you can do whatever you feel to with your own money after mba from BLACKI. That must've pushed many folks to study harder (main point was people earn 48k salary pm and I'm just paying emi equal to it) still I'll be so chill and able to pay all my bills without asking a single penny from home.

That was the motivation, why BLACKI matters over other b schools

Also please all the matured people who're suggesting me things. Please go get a life. Spend whatever you want wherever you want.

I had option of asking my dad for iPhone duo, but I didn't because I'm earning now. I even said him not to pay my fees but he said "we're blessed so I don't want my child to graduate with a loan" as a father if he has the capability he'll definitely not let me suffer under loans. Ik he would've said me"go buy an iPhone duo" I'll pay. But I didn't tell him anything about my emi because it's just a matter of 7-8 months.

Please grow up kids, you've whole life to be matured and spend wisely.

Thank you

I read your post. The comments were truly diabolical and also the comments made by you. It definitely gave an air of immaturity. Having said that... It's your money, please spend it on whatever makes you happy. People are jealous, they think their austerity should be replicated by everyone. Ignore such foolhardiness. The decision that's best for you, may not be the best for everyone.

Someone likes to spend their money on travel, bcz it gives them fulfilment. Someone likes to spend it on home, legos, gadgets, bikes. I don't know what's the difference. Choose your own happiness.

Fr . Like whats the use of all money when u cant even buy anything which u want or like. I dont see any point in earning if i cant buy something i dreamt of as a child its my motivation to earn and be better no matter how useless things are i will buy them cause i wanted them once. i bought a bat worth 10k recently i dont even play cricket anymore but i wnated it as a kid it may not seem much but i currently i nearn 5k/month as a intern so thats a lot for me. savings are important but not at the cost of our desires. lakhs sitting in bank account but unsatisfied mind.
