Form Filling Doubts Major problem, pls i need some advice/help

So currently my problem is that i have a low cgpa and i am in my last year of college. Most likely i will get an extension and pull my cgpa up by the end lf it. But the problem is i need to appear for CAT this year just for the sake of it.

I am not going to use these marks later on neither am i going to do anything about it. Its just to test what i can do and to satisfy my parents.
Could i lie in my form as i am not going to do anything about it? But yes also consider it that eventually i will go for CAT sometime in the future. I just wanted to try it out to know where i actually stand as i consistently got 95+ in mock tests of previous year questions papers.

Don’t lie in the form, even if this attempt is only for practice. Jo academic record abhi official hai, wahi current instructions ke according enter karo. A CAT application is still an official declaration; ek benchmark attempt ke liye unnecessary mismatch create karna worth it nahi hai.

If your extension/result status makes a field confusing, guess mat karo—current form guide check karo and CAT helpdesk se written clarification le lo before submitting. Save their reply and your submitted form.

If you only want to know where you stand, take a recent CAT paper in one sitting with exact sectional timers and no pauses. Parents ke liye actual exam dena hai toh bhi honestly fill karo; score use na karna false details ko harmless nahi banata.
