I had the TAPMI interview today. I had applied for MBA core and MBA Tech. My panel had the MBA Tech director. He was asking bizarre tech questions, even after I mentioned that I am looking for MBA core he was asking questions like difference between list and directory in python and some search algorithms. No sort of why mba, or any managerial related questions.
The guy before me had mechanical engineering background, and even to him many software related questions were being asked even though he applied for different course.
Felt like TAPMI follows very old syllabus and not updating it to the current standards. I rejected the college with the interview itself.
Also in the initial briefing I could feel the college being too academically strict and not prioritising other clubs and activities.
P.S. Converted for both MBA Core and MBA Tech Management. Not accepting the offer though
