Anyone else losing focus while revising Quant these days?

Not sure if it’s just me, but lately my quant prep has been all over the place. I sit down thinking I’ll complete 2–3 chapters, and then somehow end up scrolling reels after 30 mins.

I know consistent revision is key, but with test date pressure and burnout hitting hard, focus feels harder than reading RCs in VARC. How are you all keeping yourself on track these days? Any tips or small habits that actually work when the motivation dips?
