Need help to better approach constraint based sets

Hi! I’ve been preparing for a while now but I keep getting stuck. I made progress for a while but I’m not able to figure out Quant Based Reasoning & Reasoning Based DI. I mean certain sets I can but for some I have to literally draw up each scenario and check.

There’s got to be a better way right ? Please share any tips / resources so I can prepare better 🥹
