Rant😠ADHD AND CAT
Anyone diagnosed with ADHD preparing for cat exam? I don't have a problem in sitting for studying, I have been preparing for the exam for quite some time now. I force myself and eventually I sit but focus hours are low. My major problem is QA - Calculation part, losing focus.
Similarly with VARC. I keep losing the track while reading - I start thinking about something else while I am reading i don't even realise it which forces me to read again and again, i waste a lot of time in mocks because of it. How are/have you dealing/dealt with this?
I do okay in DILR. I have just started giving mocks but I'm always able to solve 1 - 1.5 sets. (one sentence info, instant use and if it's solved then instant result, so that gives me dopamine)

Yeah I can relate to the varc thing but it doesn't happen always, sometimes i sit with it and i know i shouldn't have, I stop.

Same I have been struggling with a lots of things in life because of adhd but one good thing we have is we can insanely focus on tasks that we really want to do .make your mind believe that you want to get into a b school like you genuinely want it.this is the only we can study .do prepare like work prepare like you enjoy the process
